Wiggle Warriors began in Boulder, CO in 2017 when Cosmic realized that the Slack Life was the only life for her. Cosmic always knew that she wanted to spend her life working with kids sharing her love of movement and play but it wasn’t until she quit nursing school, moved into her 1978 Toyota Chinook and learned how to slackline did it seem possible. She spent the next three years traveling the country slacklining, highlining, jumping off cliffs, wearing silly costumes and fully immersing herself in a life of nature, mindfulness, and play. It was through that experience that Cosmic was able to fully be herself and finally found where she belonged in this strange world.
Wiggle Warriors is a kids slackline and mindful play education program designed to give kids the experience of connecting to themselves and nature through the unique practice of slacklining and mindful play. It is our deepest desire to create a space where kids feel safe to be themselves, to try new things and face challenges with a sense of gentleness and curiosity, a space where every kid can live the Slack Life.

Meet Cosmic!
Cosmic Tinker Toots is the founder and director of Wiggle Warriors. She’s been working with children teaching different forms of creative movement and outdoor activities for over 10 years and is a certified Yoga instructor. Her playful spirit and patience invites children to get out of their comfort zone and to try new things, with a focus on play. She’s passionate about sharing her love of slacklining not just because it’s fun but like yoga it creates a deeper connection to self and the world around us. Cosmic found slacklining three years ago and can’t imagine her life without it. She is a skilled slackliner and movement artist. Cosmic trained as a ballet dancer for 18 years before she found yoga, rock climbing and slacklining. She dabbles in acro yoga, aerial silks, object manipulation, and dancing of all kinds. She is proud to say that she established the first highline she ever sent (walked without falling) It’s named Princess Pokey Pants and can be found in Boulder Canyon. She has slacklined and highlined all over the country and looks forward to all the new places it will take her.
When Cosmic is not slacklining or teaching yoga she can be found taking her pup Japhy on adventures, wearing silly costumes, or working on her book.
